In 2019, Zachary founded IJC-HRS Staffing after recognizing critical deficiencies in workforce support across the energy industry. Driven by a commitment to quality, responsiveness, and industry expertise, he built the company to bridge those gaps and better serve both clients and skilled professionals.

Travis Hamblet, Chief Operating Officer of IJC-HRS Staffing, brings extensive experience from both the construction turnaround sector and the staffing industry. Having spent years on the construction side, he developed a deep understanding of project execution, workforce demands, and the fast-paced nature of turnaround environments before transitioning into staffing.
